Communication and Outreach

The official magazine of the Club was called "The Bulletin" which was retired in the Summer of 2022 with the Special 50th Anniversary Edition, Vol. 51, Number 2.  It was a quarterly magazine, produced by dedicated volunteers of the IWCC.  All past copies have been electronically scanned and have been placed in the Archives Section of the Members Only area of the Website.

In 2024, the Bulletin was replaced with the eBulletin which became the official electronic Magazine of the Club.  Through discussion, the Board felt, in order to provide the membership current information in a more timely manner,  we needed to consider other options.   It was decided to retire the eBulletin and added it to the Archives section of our Website. The IWCC has recently transitioned to Clubistry, a paid Webhost sevice to help us develop, update and keep our Club records current.

In addition to our Website,  the Members can expect a Newsletter after every Board Meeting which will inform them of Board decisions and includes notices of events to come, Educational articles and exerpts from "The Wildstare" written by Bob McMillan.

The Rescue Committee will also reach out through email and the Website to communicate the need of help from our "Friends of Rescue" and donations of services and resources.  We will also need potential adoptive homes and homes that can provide Foster care until a more permanent solution can be found.
